My Redfield hosts, Lyn and Marlin Flint, have taken me to watch the community's American Legion team play the team from Bryant in a weekend tournament taking place at Redfield's ballpark. Redfield is the "Visitor" in the game, batting at the top of the inning. The score is Redfield - 2; Bryant - 3.

Come on, guys! No. 32, Aaron Ford, swings at a wide pitch. Takes a ball high and inside. Fouls one behind the screen. Takes a high pitch for a ball. Swings at a low pitch and misses. One out.
No. 9, Jeff Gruenwald - ball, ball, ball, strike called ("It looked wide!"), swinging strike, pitch foul back to screen, a swing and a miss. Two out.
No. 16, Chris Rude. Fouls a pitch straight back at the ump. Hits a Texas Leaguer over second base. One on, two out.
No. 10, Kelly Hodges. Pitcher throws to first base. Pitcher throws to first base again. Hodges hits what looks like a foul tip, but runner steals second base. Swing and a miss. Ball low and outside. Hodges hits a fly ball to right field for the out. No runs, one hit, no errors, one man left on base.
