This is a good one. I think these few words perfectly summarize what writing is to most writers. For me, writing memoir is always about digging around in the past. Sometimes you stumble onto some real gems. Other times you stumble onto some things that make you feel weak and scared. You find a way to tap into the emotions of the memory. It's not always a pleasant experience, but it's often a fulfilling one. Nice work!
