What is this a sign of? Senator Lincoln Chafee, a Republican from Rhode Island, said on Monday he might not vote for President Bush in the Nov. 2 election. He'll wait until election day to make his decision, he says; he won't vote for Kerry; and he'll probably write in the name of W's father if he doesn't vote for W.
What with three Republican senators already questioning Bush's Iraq policy, you wonder if W's ship is starting to come apart at the seams. We can only hope so.
Oh yes, Tom, we can hope so. And we do.
