Requirements this week: Day 1 = 4 mi.; Day 2 = 6 mi.; Day 3 = 4 mi.; Day 4 = 12 mi.
July 18
Day 4 training from Week 11: 14 mi., 3 hr., 43 min., 9 sec.
July 19
Training walk: 6 mi., 1 hr., 23 min., 58 sec.
July 21
Training walk: 10 mi., 2 hr. 17 min., 5 sec.
Unable to do Training Days #3 & #4 due to hot weather and other commitments.
