The last day of the last week is the marathon itself. I am training to walk it.
Requirements this week: Day 1 = 5 mi.; Day 2 = 8 mi.; Day 3 = 5 mi.; Day 4 = 9 mi.
September 5
Training walk with daughter Jessica: we were interrupted by other duties 14.5 miles into our planned 18 mile walk. We actually walked 14.5 mi., 3 hr., 14 min., 2 sec.
September 9
Four mile maintenance walk with Mary.
