Hi, Jean--I have to be honest: first it feels good, then it feels bad, then it feels very bad, then it feels good, then it feels very good. So expect some pain yet, I'd say, but be aware that it's fun on the other side!

Well, Jean, now I have read that you've crossed the 100 mile mark. You are doing terrific. We are not in competition with each other, but each only with the sluggard within his/her soul. That's the one we have to beat, the one who would have us sit in front of the TV and vegetate. You go, girl!!
